An extra student hour
With a student ID, starts from noon until before 18:00 on Monday–Thursday receive an extra hour. Select this offer when choosing your time.
A birthday worth counting
Enter the birthday age to calculate the package discount. You will see the deduction in your booking summary; room rental is charged at the regular rate.
Make a night of it
Guests aged 18 or over can request the midnight-to-09:00 slot as one overnight booking. Check the room rates for the flat price.
05 — BOOKING NOTES
Before you press play.
Confirmation and payment
Your requested time becomes a confirmed reservation once the full room rental has been paid. If you split the bill, every payment link must be settled. Packages and extras are paid on site.
Changing your plans
You can cancel or move a booking until six hours before it starts. After that, paid room rental cannot be refunded or carried over to another date.
Food and drink from home
You do not need a package to bring your own food. Spirits carry a €10 corkage fee per bottle; wine, beer and champagne are exempt from that fee.
Step outside for a smoke
Please keep cigarettes and e-cigarettes out of the screening rooms. Step outside the building when you need a smoking break.
06 — ONE LAST THING BEFORE YOU BOOK
A few things you might be wondering.
Is room rental charged per guest?
You pay to rent the selected room. Small rooms start at 40 € per hour, with a two-hour minimum of 80 €. Some rooms have different rates for larger groups; check every band in the price table.
Can we stream our own film?
Yes, you can use personal streaming content from a phone or laptop. Check the connection for your device before visiting. You can also choose from more than 3,000 films.
Does sending a request reserve the room?
The team first checks and agrees your requested time with you. The reservation becomes binding after the room rental is paid in full.
Which space should we choose for gaming?
Dock has a PS5; Oberdeck has an Xbox. For other devices or particular requests, contact the team in the chat so the equipment can be checked beforehand.
How can our group share the cost?
Choose how many people will share the room rental in your request. You will receive a link for each share to pass on to your group. All shares must be paid to confirm the reservation.
Can we have a surprise ready on arrival?
Select a suitable package and add your idea in the notes. You can also discuss timing, decoration or special requests with the team in the chat.
